Exchange & Return Policy

All items are supplied new and in the original factory packaging.

Customers may exchange or return their order within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition without being used, installed, opened, or altered, and with the original factory carton and packaging available. This is an essential condition for accepting any return or exchange request.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

If the packaging has been opened, the item has been used, or the item has been damaged, scratched, or had its original packaging removed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer after receiving it and confirming its condition at the time of delivery. Any damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or use after delivery is not the responsibility of the company.

Return & Exchange Costs

The costs of returning or exchanging an order shall be borne by the customer, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the item.

The company has the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the above conditions are not met.
